She's chill,
Cowgirl sheriff awaiting the bad guys.
Tipping back in her chair,
on her porch,
faithful pooch at her side,
ready for trouble.
Cops or hoods?
Two behind the tan sedan,
covering the one with the shotgun working around behind her.
They haven't seen the menace above.
The jets are moving so fast the blasting roar of their engines will only hit after they've passed.
